Teachers should educate students about the health issues that vaping would bring about. When it really gets serious, we might want to show them the real effects of vaping to them. Ie the effects on lungs, physical outlook. 

Educate them that they're better things to do out there instead of wasting their health on vaping (ie exercising, picking up an instrument). Teach them how to identify negative influences and how to say "no" to them.
