A 28 year old man ended up killing 35 people and wounded 18 others. The gun that was used in this massacre was the iconic AR-15. The man wasn't very skilled with using such artillery but since it was an Semi automatic assault rifle he was able to do a lot more damage then what a person with a handgun can do. Those who want to purchase a gun should pass all of the following steps. receive background checks as well as checking mental state of mind.
