The life in the trenches was terrible, our life was no good, we lived very bad. I didn't lived a situation like this. This period was much horrible ! I remember the life in the trenches with the mud, the rats, the lice and the stench of the corpses. It was not confortable, we sleeping in the mud and the water.

In the army there are no safe, we can die at all time. There was a bombs who fell in the No man's land and the machine gun who fire everywhere. There was too the maladies who make lot of died. The war is very not safe !

My friends

My friends suffering like me with the condition of the war. Sereval are dead in the No man's land and other was dead of maladies and the rats ate the corpses of my comrade. There was one of my friends who emputed of his two foot after sereval day in the trenches full water, his is return oh his house.

British tank

When i saw a British tank for the firt time i scared because the tank was much big, much biger a car ! I think lose before the immense machine but i took my courage and this monster have me the envy to fight ! The british was proud of them machine !

End of the war

When the war was finished i'm relieve ! I was revise my familly and my friends who didn't dead. I say me of i was miracle and i think at every comrad who was dead and i'm bad but i too fine of my combat !
