I would like to implement not having to use any kind of object or material rewarding in the future. This is so once students get to the real world, they do not expect everyone around them to always owe them something for the good that has been done. I would want students to just genuinely feel good about themselves, have confidence and take pride in their good work. A way I would probably do this would just ask students to move their name on the assignment board to finished or some sort of color to let me know they are done. I would still reward students either by materials or by words, but I want my students to learn to just be happy for themselves instead of relying on others to be happy for them. -MTP
