The video shared reflected the power of collaboration in achieving a common goal. I wondered that how simple observations in nature leads to deep understandings.
Sangeeta ma'am started the session with an engaging activity which explained in a simple way, many key words used in IB teaching and learning process. Indeed a very effective way to tune in for the session ahead!
The interactive group activities led to deep understanding on existing knowledge of IB PYP elements. Especially the discussion on key concepts left me wondering how relevant questions can give teaching an absolute new dimension.

The highlight of the session was that it was engaging for all of us, just like how the curriculum is supposed to be for our learners. Although, I knew certain things about the curriculum, after the session I became aware of the key terms and elements of the curriculum. I look forward to today’s session with as much zeal and enthusiasm.

A training session by Ms.Sangeetha was organized in techniques for effective communication through various mediums and portals, supporting visuals, formatting and editing various reading groups have been formed with an objective of reading and reflecting smaller groups and enhancing the program knowledge. And it has been focused on the IB documents on 'learner profile'. She taught us various aspects of IB by involving us in different activities. She covered all the essential elements through various thought provoking ideas which gave us a better picture of how to use it in our classrooms. She explained how can we take our students from good to great through constructive style of teaching and explained how an inquiry begins.
Now I have a better picture about pattern which is followed in the PYP also the difference between the traditional school and IB school. 
I like the way she explained everything and overall it was  wonderful and great learning experience.

Through the activities of building a tower, picture (see,think,wonder), being explorers not only did we enjoy doing the activities we also learnt and understood the reason behind the activities being conducted.
Ma'am was very kind to answer our questions and clarify our doubts by sharing her perspective and asking us to try and think out of the box and also expand our thinking abilities from local to global. 
I am glad I was able to be a part of this informative session.

The session on Making the PYP happen conducted by Sangeetha ma'am, helped me to strengthen my knowledge about IB-PYP. The session started with a learning engagement where we shared our knowledge about the school curriculum. Follewed by activites to introduce the PYP elements. The way she carried out the session using different learning engagements is really commendable. I really enjoyed the building the tallest tower activity, where we co-constructed the success criteria. Within the short time the entire PYP framework was covered and I had a wonderful experience.

The tuning in and the provocation questions lead to understanding and comparing the school Mission and the IB mission statement also identified how we can promote International Mindedness and also identified the learner profile in each one of us. Understanding the different strategies gave me an insight into how we can use it in different stages of Inquiry. The elements of PYP explained were very easy to be understood and could connect well while the skills were explained through a simple example.

For the first time we had  offline session with Sangeeta  Ma’am  , earlier we had online session . Both are enriching but seeing ma’am personally and connecting with her offline is some Other experience .   We started with tuning activity then Learning about the key words, human graphs, commonality, perspective,multipurpwsctive,local to global .More information we gathered by knowing about LO , skills and trans disciplinary themes,. Imposter ace of good provocation and reflection was well explained. All together it was a great learning experience .

She explained every concept through an activity different strategies. Her profile was creatively done by using the skills that represented her the best, which was very interesting for me. We learnt how a learning engagement should be Relevant, significant, challenging and engaging for learners. We explored the ATL skills further by an activity where in an example was taken 'what we did this summer?' and the skills that I used to do that. We also talked about school's curriculum and where it lies. We got a better understanding of key consept through an activity ma'am planned where we took an object around us and explored the key concepts related to it.
