Reading the Great Gatsby

I won't lie about initially dreading having to read The Great Gatsby, but I actually ended up enjoying it along with the essay. I learned about the American Dream, and it made me think about a lot of the things going on in today's world. It made me realize how even 100 years later, a lot of the themes of the book can be heavily applied today in my own life and the people around me.

K12 has been a crazy, fun, annoying, the worst yet the best experience I've ever had. Therefore, trying to name one memory is so hard when so many have been created. But one memory I feel must be mentioned is how well and stable my grades have been, and how the teachers impacted my life. Especially my math teachers, Ms. Lee and Ms. Berry, are prob my all-time fav. teachers, and without them, I prob wouldn't have the grades I have today. For me this is a big memory that will comfort me all summer to know that I will come back to awesome teachers!
