         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am looking for resources that help assist with productive transitions to keep students on track.<br><br>How can I keep students focused and on track when transitioning between a lesson and activity, or activity to assessment?<br><br>Are most methods for this trial and error, or have you had something be consistently successful?<br><br>Do you allow students the time to take a second and relax for a minute before the expectation of coming back together on task? Are they reliable with this method?</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am looking for strategies to improve motivation for a specific student that is very gifted and capable of doing the work but chooses not to.<br><br>For our 2 large mastery papers the students have written, he is one of the top performers out of all classes, but he refuses to do anything from the day to day classes.&nbsp;<br><br>He spends 95% of classes on his phone, sleeping, skipping, or being disruptive to the learning environment.</div>]]></description>
