      <description>Kevin Camilli served his country for over six years in the US Navy and over 11 years in the US Air Force, retiring in 2010 as a lieutenant colonel. Over the course of his military career, he performed in a number of roles, such as instructor pilot, flight commander, assistant director of operations for the 1st Special Operations Squadron, and chief of operations for the Air Force Special Operations School. Altogether, Kevin Camilli completed over 300 missions, including guiding tsunami-relief efforts in Asia and managing the air campaign for Operation Enduring Freedom-Philippines.

Today, Kevin Camilli maintains responsibilities as president and CEO of Grey Aviation Advisors and Solutions, Inc., which he formed to provide aviation solutions to military and government organizations and agencies. Owing to his leadership, the company is solidifying its foundation in industry leveraging strategic partnerships with domestic and foreign agencies. 

Kevin Camilli continues to strengthen his business interests by recognizing the growing value of unmanned aviation. sUAS are rapidly becoming an available technology where multiple commercial and military organizations and agencies are looking to improve their performance. Mr. Camilli has recently brought onboard Grey Aviation an sUAS arm to provide those services and is excited for the future of unmanned aviation.

         <title>Air Force Association Supports Air Force Secretary Confirmation</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For more than a decade, Kevin Camilli has served as CEO and president of Grey Aviation Advisors and Solutions, Inc., an aviation education and services provider based in Destin, Florida. Before that, he served in the US Air Force for more than 10 years, earning the rank of lieutenant colonel. In addition to his military service, Kevin Camilli is involved with the <a href="https://www.afa.org/home">Air Force Association</a> (AFA).&nbsp;<br><br>The AFA recently released a statement of support for Dr. Heather Wilson, who the Senate confirmed to as Secretary of the Air Force earlier this year. An Air Force Academy alumnus, Dr. Wilson went on to pursue her graduate work at Oxford University, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. During her tenure in Congress, Dr. Wilson supported many of the AFA’s causes.&nbsp;<br><br>Speaking on the confirmation, AFA board chairman secretary F. Whitten Peters praised Dr. Wilson’s commitment to the organization, as well as the Air Force as a whole, throughout her career. In his current role, he serves as president and chief executive officer of Grey Aviation Advisors and Solutions, Inc., in Destin, Florida. Still actively involved in service-related organizations, Kevin Camilli is a member of the <a href="https://www.afa.org/informationfor/military/afp/wacc2">Air Force Association </a>(AFA).<br><br>Earlier this year, the AFA rolled out its inaugural Wounded Airmen Cycling Challenge. The event was conceived as a fundraiser to help support the efforts of the AFA’s Wounded Airmen and Family initiatives. The AFA had originally hoped to bring in $50,000 through the fundraiser but was able to exceed that figure by an additional $4,000.&nbsp;<br><br>AFA president Larry O. Spencer expressed pride that the event was such a success and able to surpass its fundraising goals.
