1. Lectio (Read): Paul is telling us to be peacemakers and stop others fighting, to be kind and take other's burdens, and to share the good news, we get what we give, and to be good on the inside and the outside

2. Meditatio (Meditate): Galatians 6:7 "Make no mistake: God is not mocked, for a person will reap only what he sows."

3. Oratio (Prayer): God tells me my actions have real consequences. He sees everything I do, even when no one else is watching. If I sow seeds of kindness, integrity, and goodness, I will reap a positive harvest in my life. But if I sow seeds of selfishness, deceit, or wrongdoing, thinking I can mock God by acting one way outwardly and another inwardly, I will ultimately reap negative consequences. God cannot be deceived by outward appearances.

4. Contemplatio (Contemplation): I am called to desire to act kindly and do good just for the sake of looking good to others. My motivation must be pure—to honor God and bless others out of real love and compassion. In my mind, I need to get a firm grip on the fact that God sees all—even my innermost thoughts and intentions. I cannot fool Him with a fake outward impression of righteousness. I am called to live with complete integrity—being the same person on the inside as I seem to be on the outside. No more compartmentalizing my life.
