It is important for a success leader to learn to control his emotions. According to (Daft, 2018) " some suggested that emotion, more than cognitive ability, drives our thinking and decision making as well as our interpersonal relationships", so in many cases, emotion can influence people's decision, even some special situation can lead people to make some extreme and wrong decision, so it is very important to control emotion to make sure the leader make the right decision. In recent year, I admire Obama most, politics aside, I think he is a great leader, his mastery of emotion is always just right.  he can easily let people feel the ups and downs of  his inner emotions and not let his emotion out of control. Since I'm not a task oriented person, my role as a listener makes it easier for me to be an moral leader. In addition, compared with other types of leaders, moral leader is more likely to create a good working environment. According to (Daft, 2018)"Moral leadership does not mean ignoring profit and loss, but it does require recognizing and adhering to ethical values and acknowledging the importance of human meaning, quality, and higher purpose". A great thing about an moral leader is that he has to consider not only his own interests, but also the interests and emotions of all people. Human beings are not machine, our hearts are composed of emotions, our behaviors are driven by emotions. Therefore, in order to control our emotions, we need to constantly communicate and interact with others to exercise my emotion control skills. The action I plan for second goal is to read news everyday and ask other like leaders or elder people for comments, because it is very important to know more about news and keep a correct moral outlook. Without a correct moral outlook, my opinion will be inconsistent with the majority of people and will not be able to convince them, leading to people will reject me.
