So Belle arrived at Belzerac on a day like any other. She arrived at the Belzerac Annual Pie Making Contest and started making her pie right away, for time was running quick. While she was doing this, she noticed an empty table beside her. The tag said "Tess Brown". When Belle saw that she wasn't there, she started to get worried. Her friend never missed Tea In Pajamas (that's how they called traveling into Belzerac by having tea in pajamas). So later on, she, her friend Cheesy Bear and Monsieur DuCheval, the mayor, talked about it, and they agreed to look for her next Wednesday.

When Wednesday arrived, Belle brought Julien with her, and they all set off to look for Tess in the Sapphire Forest. They ended up finding her in the Musicians basement, which was REALLY big.
