         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am a great fan of the college criterion-referenced marking scheme / rubric which I use to support, develop and assess my students' writing.  However, for students on an open access HE course it can seem quite a daunting prospect to have work assessed against criteria which are also used to assess work at post-grad level.
