         <description><![CDATA[<div>Used iMovie, screen recorder, photo editor<br>2nd Years English, End of module review of Novel submitted as student movies.<br><br>Went well: use of screen recorder with google translate to read text for students’ audio before insertion into iMovie  (good for students uncomfortable with recording own voice)<br>Use of screen shot rather than save image places image first in the queue for insertion into imovie timeline.<br>Previously ‘oppositional’ students loved the freedom and creativity released by iMovie&amp; iPad generally<br>Project work in this form promotes group work, care, on topic class discussion...<br>Room for improvement: use of google translate as voice recorder for students not a solution that I want generally....especially given importance of oral literacy.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Used keynote in coding lesson (week beginnng Oct 22nd)<br>1st &amp; 2nd Year Coding<br><br>Went well:<br>Use of magic move facility enabled students to come at coding via creative, problem solving tech that didn’t involve actual coding.<br>Students were engaged with the problem solving, task based shape of the lesson.<br>Main themes of lesson...mistakes (bugs) are inevitable but welcome!<br>Improvement:<br>Magic move appeals to creative, critical skills....it will be a challenge to see how it can scaffold the analytic, mathematical reasoning needed for more advanced coding <br><br></div>]]></description>

Stop, save, voice memo, edit &amp; trim off start and end of recording...<br>6. Share voice memo....save it to files...choose an app<br>7. In iMovie...audio...imported....add<br><br>Improve quality of audio...settings....voice memo...audio quality <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>NDaly - 1st EAL<br><br>Use of iMovie and GarageBand.<br>Recorded audio and soundtrack with GarageBand for student movie about themselves.<br><br>Went well: engaged students, produced tangible learning product and teacher was able to assess project after class. Feedback could be personalised more. Easier to differentiate for varied levels of EAL students.<br><br>EBI: more specific template would help guide weaker students and keep focus on specific grammar or vocabulary targets. </div>]]></description>
