It doesn't tell us much but gives us a reason to be suspicious of her. 

Fingerprints: The fingerprints found on the baseball bat belonged to Marcel and Cam his roommate. This isn't really abnormal because they both played baseball, are roommates and probably shared the bat. 

Blood: The blood test resulted in the spatter being the only real blood at the scene. This indicates that the bat with the blood is cancelled out as evidence because it was not the weapon used. As for the car, could've just been paint scratched off but no longer anything to worry about in this case. 
Then a blood typing test was ran. This test displayed that the spatter of the blood belonged to either Marcel, Kay, or Jenn because they're all type A blood and so was the spatter. This rules out Cam, Naomi, and Aiden who aren't type A blood.  
The spatter indicated that whoever the blood belonged to was impacted with significant force because the droplets show they're travelling away from the impact in a radial form. 
DNA: I ran a Gel Electrophoresis test. This test indicated that the blood spatter found at the scene belonged to Marcel which rules out Jenn.
