As for feedback, we are asked to give our classmates feedback. In fact, I think it is a good way for cooperation. Because sometimes we can not realize our weakness. For example, I do not find that I pause and make sounds like “ mmmm ” so many times when I speak in English. So it is very important that other classmates point out my problems so that I can pay much attention to my weakness. But actually it may be difficult for us to give feedback to others. Because sometimes students are ill at ease to say others’ s disadvantages, and feel unqualified to point out the limitations of our peer group. So I maintain that we are supposed to treat this right. After all, it is not a censure or complain. Quite the reverse, it is an opportunity to improve ourselves.

Actually I'm going to read some books about linguistics or pedagogy. Although I have participated in volunteer activities and served as an assistant teacher, my professional knowledge of pedagogy and English is very limited. And I also plan to practice listening more with videos without subtitles. I hope I can make some progress in the next week.
