Can HQ share how LMSC can be programmed as a weekly training item for my Sec 3 cadets during Wednesday trainings? This is much more useful than a one off LMSC course done at Area level. CIs or officers can make use of this resources (sorted by sessions) to teach the Sec 3 cadet leaders during weekly trainings.

1. For LMSC, based on experience as LMSC Committee previously, units have the liberty to customize the content of LMSC to students' learning and abilities.
2. What can be done as an expansion of LMSC beyond just the classroom lesson is to follow up with cadet leaders on their progress of leading the unit, based on the content taught in LMSC. Leadership is not just head knowledge, but also practical application. Agreed that we should move away from pen and paper and towards facilitation. Cadets taking ownership of their learning is good and in line with MOE's direction.
3. Cadets need to be given the space to explore their leadership style and capabilities. TOs and instructors are crucial to providing this space by taking on a mentorship/facilitation role rather than a top-down approach. (In general)
