I remember very well how special your recruitment was. Not only your customer profil, that was not usual at that time in DANONE, but also your new position scope covering for the first time Logistics, Customer Service and Collaboration.
We were happy and relieved, when you finally arrived, because we waited several month until you could leave your former job and start at DANONE.
What I first would like to keep from you is you friendly attitude and your positive mindset. Milan, the man with the smile. Always, even when things become "tense" or in crisis situations, you keep you calm, your good mood  and you collaborative approach.
 What I also value highly from you is your strong creativity and willingness to try new ways. You brought in many ideas, both in process and organisation. Your are the inspirator behind the digitalisation of clearance , which has been awarded. You tackled the highly complicated switch of our Freight To Customer strategy. You can be very proud about what you have transformed in the past year.
I want to mention your resilience. Having a good idea is not sufficient in Danone, and it is not a guaranty for implementation. I remember long discussions with you, on how to better prepare decisions, how to better engage with key stakeholder, how to better share what you are doing. You always took the points, worked on them, improved your approach. Step by step, you gained more attention from your peers and trust from the top management.
Finally, I would like to share with you how proud I am to see how your developed as a leader over the last year, building proximity to better support your people,  taking more and more responsibility to serve the OPERATIONS Team, and showing initiatives by developing great new rituals to better ensure the coordination and the information flow between the OPERATIONS Departments.
We will miss you in the team Milan. I am nevertheless happy and satisfied that you have obtained the professional development that you were dreaming of. I have no doubt that you will succeed and I whish you fun and satisfaction in your future carrier .
