Plus if you're already having trouble in math then it could make it harder

My grades are a lot to focus on and my mom is strict when it comes to grades so I would have to be on top of that so I won't get in trouble.

Having all of these situations run in my mind nonstop makes it extra stressful for me and a lot on my plate.

I also started to do all of the work at once and started to rush through most of my assignments which didn't make the stress go away, then things about other people's feelings also had a lot to do with the stress adding on top of that.

Breathing in and out could help a lot due to how stressed you are. If you're ever in stressful situations which could sometimes lead to panicking, breathing in and out could be a great management for that type of stress. It is very effective when it comes to high levels of stress and it could help you calm down as much as possible. The way I've experienced it, it helped with a lot especially if you don't know how to actually manage stress like me just try breathing in and out it will calm you down and help you think more straight.
