Also I learned that in types of learners that individual learners have specific needs to learn properly due  to individual deference's in their learning capacities
 
1-Teaching methods theme:
We studied and learned the most important and effective  methods of teaching , and this was by presenting  the methods in groups , from this  l learned the effective way of presenting and by giving us the feedback made each of us to know about our defect and weak points in delivering the presentation .
We learned how to present in a practical  and effective way and to be creative in our presentation and link theory to practice .

Dr.Meran also reviewed for us the teaching methods in more  precise and detail especially authentic learning ,also we learned deferent types of academic activities like: seminar,conference,workshop and  so on .
Also we discussed defferences between lecturing and new methods of teaching ,their advantage and disadvantages . I concluded that although  lecturing is an old traditional method of teaching , we can make it more effective through discussion with the students , voice tone, body language ,eye contact and other techniques that increases the students attention and make them to be more engaged and interested to the subject. 

2- Assessment tools
We learned importance and methods of assessments and evaluation of students ,
There were two major types as formative assessment which is done during the course of learning as feed  backs to the students and summative assessment which is done at the end of the course , also we have diagnostic  assessment to determine level of the students in advance. Other types like :  confirmative assessment, norm referenced assessment ,criterion referenced ,and benchmark assessment. Each have its application in specific teaching methods
Also we learned how can align assessment tools with the learning outcome , and the importance of that to achieve the desired objectives and outcomes .
Also we learned about how we can be transparent through our assessment tools and putting rubrics and criteria for the assessment tools and tell the students in advance what is the requirements and what are the points that are important and should be considered for the assessment

Also we studied how we can assess knowledge , performance , and attitudes through specific measurement methods
At the end we put  as groups assessment rubric and feedback form for one of the teaching methods which was case based study .
Also through project based learning we did presentation regarding teaching problems inside higher education and put solutions for the problem
