         <description><![CDATA[<p>I really appreciate Aymie for introducing this meaningful topic to us—it’s such an important area for reflection and discussion.</p><p><br/></p><p>For me, well-being means feeling happy, safe, and calm. It’s about having people around you who care, listen, and help you feel secure.</p><p><br/></p><p>Sometimes I feel really stressed when I have too many things to do and the deadlines are coming up quickly. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong> 5 to Thrive Framework</strong> I use the <em>5 to Thrive</em> approach to help me remember what children need every day such as kind connections, play, talking, time to relax, and comfort like hugs. These simple things help children feel safe, loved, and ready to learn.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Co-regulation</strong> </p><p>When a child feels upset or out of control, I stay calm and help them feel steady again. I might sit with them, speak gently, or help them breathe slowly. By doing this, I show them how to manage big feelings, until they learn to do it on their own.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong> PACE Approach</strong></p><p> PACE means being playful, accepting, curious, and empathetic. I try to smile and bring joy into our day, accept children for who they are, ask gentle questions when they’re upset, and show I understand how they feel. This helps them feel loved and safe.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Attachment Relationship</strong></p><p> I know how important it is to build strong, loving relationships with the children. When they trust me, they feel brave enough to explore, play, and learn. I build this trust by being warm, caring, and there for them whenever they need me.</p>]]></description>
