I think the topic of good vs evil is very complex and interesting. It is fascinating learning about what some philosophers believe to be morally and ethically correct depending on the person and situation.

Good and evil is a very nuanced matter. I believe good and evil are interchangeable. I personally enjoy the yin and yang connection, as it correlated the most with my belief. To me there is no pure evil or pure good, as in both, a little bit of the opposite can be found.

Through examining the concept of good and evil, it is evident to share that it truly depends on someone's virtue. For example, one person could help out a homeless person, yet could end up killing another person the same day, thus, are they deemed as good or evil? However, if someone was to help out a homeless person and save the life of another, would they be deemed virtuous, hence, good? In my opinion, yes, as per Aristotle shares, that specific virtue is the concept of good.

After months of consideration, I've come to the conclusions that good and evil are purely social constructs. Which means that although they have no existential value, they are very important for teaching us how to behave and interact in society. Having said that, most societies use general kindness and selflessness as a baseline for their definitions of good. And that virtue is the baseline I choose to set for myself.
