In such cases, national and global figures on adaptation financing may not be actual.  Therefore, there is need to delineate the climate adaptation financing from  development financing. This is my general observation. I think, the local and provincial governments here are in need of clear technical guidance on what to include in adaptation finance and what not.  I would like to hear from the Panelists on some explanations or clear vision or best practices.
