Pay attention to serving sizes and try to use the food pyramid for reference during each meal.<br>-Supplements are not a healthy way to diet<br>-Do not deprive yourself from important vitamins<br>-Vegetarianism/veganism are both good options but keep in mind they aren't healthy methods for every person.<br>-Body fat is important- fat cells are stored in cells called adipocytes which Cushion your organs and bones and protect you from cold. They store energy and you need energy to make your heart beat and be able to function normally.<br>-Too much protein can overtax the kidneys</div><div>-Get yourself into good eating habits- don't overeat, don't skip meals, eat balanced meals.</div><div>-Fasting for long periods of time is an unhealthy way to lose weight and can be dangerous.</div><div>-Single food diet can cause blood pressure and heart problems.</div>]]></description>
