         <description><![CDATA[<div>Venture capital is financing that investors provide to <a href="http://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/startup.asp">startup</a> companies and small businesses that are believed to have <a href="http://www.investopedia.com/terms/l/longtermgrowth.asp">long-term growth</a> potential. For startups without access to <a href="http://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/capitalmarkets.asp">capital markets</a>, venture capital is an essential source of money.          <description><![CDATA[<div>GrabCAD, which was founded in 2009 by Hardi Meybaum and Indrek Narusk, is a cloud-based collaboration network that helps designers build physical products faster and easier by connecting engineers, content &amp; technology. GrabCAD grew to the world’s largest community of mechanical engineers and was in 2014 acquired by Stratasys, a US-Israeli 3D printing giant. The deal was estimated to be worth around 100m USD making it largest exit in Estonia since Skype.
