But it was very nice to read about how they got to reunite after so long and I'm sure they were so happy to see each other again. As Enrique was making his way into America he remembered what being on drugs was like and it didn't even compare to how he felt now that he had finally made it to America after all of this time. He had a lot of resentment towards his mother and he was angry that she decided to leave him and his sister there alone, although it was to provide for them he didn't understand why she had to. A love for a mother is unlike anything else and it is very important to a lot of people. I also think that Enrique finally getting better with moving away from drugs and alcohol helped, he really learned how to control it and use it responsibly, This caused less arguments and allowed him to mature more.
