Exercising will helps to promotes the oxygen to flow well to your brain.<br>2. information about the brain helps the way of my thinking because it change my eating habits. i will be more focusing on taking more nutritious food to maintain my brain to be productive. These information also change my memorizing skills.I now can use more thinking tools which more organize and easier for me to understand better.<br>3. information about brain help to improve perfomance of my brain because it stimulate my brain to stay focus and having a sharp mind. this will lead me to think faster and evaluate the information in fast reaction. furthermore, it also help me to have a lower stress level and this will make me think more rasionally and fast in making decision.<br><br></div>]]></description>
