-some of the most famous linux GUIs are :

GNOME

Unity

KDE

Cinnamon

Taking as a consideration the most famous Linux distributions aka. Ubuntu(Gnome, Unity)
Kubuntu(KDE)
Linux Mint(Gnome,Cinnamon) they are not powerful enough as a windows GUI but they at least get the job done if you want to edit a video and cover up the basic functions! Over the years with Ubuntu and Linux Mint using Gnome both of those Distributions took a different approach and crafted their own unique style of GUI's with Ubuntu coming up with Unity and Linux Mint with Cinnamon that in terms Cinnamon is focusing to give their own view of a windows like GUI. Not much to be said for KDE since it doesn't have any huge changes on it keeping the same style but it's heavily oriented to be user friendly! Finally a huge thing for linux in General is that you can customize the GUI to your own liking and use any theme engine of your choice even custom ones, In my own opinion it is definitely a really strong point that windows should be jealous of

windows 10 has a more of a lackluster cli than a Linux cli this is shown because the windows kernel was heavily patched and doesn't give the same freedom as Linux does. The first cli version of windows was MS-DOS which didn't have as many commands. Later on more and more commands were being scrapped due to Windows focusing more on the graphical aspect to give the user the ability to navigate and using everything the cli could do without actually using it. During these last years windows are trying to catch up with linux based software(s) and competing with it scrapping completely their old CMD(MS-DOS) that by the way you can still use it in windows 10 and replacing it with Power Shell which still is not that powerful but it's promising while it's being heavily maintained on!

Linux own piece of cake for the CLI is a really different approach from windows since its' based on Unix. The Linux's terminal is one of the most important aspects of any Linux-based systems. It covers more than 2000+ commands and can be expanded with no limit using the alias command to to make your own commands! In short unlike windows, linux cli can control the whole system and basically cover any function without needing a GUI, from updating and installing an application to updating the main kernel itself and patching it to your own liking.
