This crash lasted up until 1939. this caused consumer spending, Investments, and much more to decline. that then caused businesses to decline rapidly since they weren't able to pay their employees. This means workers were getting laid off every day. 3 there were 15 million American citizens unemployed. the Great Depression that nobody was able to find work. This affected all of America. streets were flooded with unemployed men searching and travelling for work to take care of their families. People were living in poverty because of this.

The KKK’s  goal was to keep African Americans unequal to why Americans.  this ideology was created when Africans and African Americans we're being kept as slaves. The clan thrived from their threats and intimidation. they would terrorize African Americans and even commit murder. The clan would participate in burning crosses, having huge rallies and parades and marches.  They would target immigrants, Catholics, Jewish people, African Americans, and unions. The Klu Klux Klan is still around today but they are as open about their roles in the organization because it is hated by many.

The Great Migration was when over 6 million African-Americans moved from the south to the northern states and cities. The citizens relocated because of harsh living conditions, segregation laws, and uncivilized economic pay. segregation laws prevented African Americans from having a chance at the “ American dream”.  moving North could give them more of a fair chance. The Great Migration affected the United States as a whole because 6 million citizens had to relocate in order to have a chance at a better life.
