User Id: cdef and password: cdef@3456

Share/ click moodle link and you should get the User Id and Password window for login and access your course you are enrolled in.

If this does not work check other setting. Select the course administration >> user >> enrollment method >> guest access EYE icon is enabled (middle button), click on setting and leave the guest password empty. 

As per my knowledge, there is no setting to make moodle public.
