They help the rise of organized crime. People like Al Capone, were huge threats, he was the boss in the Chicago Outfit.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Politicians and police officers were being involved with bootlegging anyway: those who are supposed to enforce the law are breaking the law. Making alcohol legal again would mean that selling alcohol doesn’t have to be so expensive anymore and causes the downfall of bootlegging businesses. This would also mean that the government will be making money off of this.</div>]]></description>
