And during performances, we dance and spin equipment such as flags, rifles, and sabers!

We start with a stretching warm-up, as well as weapon warm up, and head into learning choreography and practicing our performances.

JV:
Monday and Wednesday: 6:00-9:00 in the Wood Commons

Varsity:
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00-9:00 in the Wood Commons
Saturdays: 12:00-6:00 in the Sports Center (twice a month)

Competitions:
