         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are three options<br><strong>A</strong>.&nbsp; Granite Gray Scrubs (Top and Bottom)<br>- Brown, Black or White shoes<br> - Gray, Black, Brown or Aqua long sleeve shirt if needed.<br><strong>B</strong>.&nbsp; Formal Attire: <br>blue dress button-down shirt (any shade of blue is acceptable) with solid black dress pants. <br>Note: No stripes or designs should be displayed on shirts or pants.<br><strong>C.</strong>&nbsp; Surgical Scrub Attire - Interpreters wearing jade surgical scrubs must come into work wearing personal clothing and change into the surgical scrubs that are designated according to infection control procedure. <br> <mark>Form fitting clothes should be avoided.</mark></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>A. To clock in: </strong>dial the 5 digits of your employee ID + the last 5 digits of your social and then choose option 1<br><strong>B. To clock for your meal break:</strong>&nbsp; dial the 5 digits of your employee ID + the last 5 digits of your social and then choose option 3<br><strong>C. To clock back from your meal break:</strong> dial the 5 digits of your employee ID + the last 5 digits of your social and then choose option 4<br><strong>D.          <title>Video Interpretation</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>A. How to proceed: </strong><br>- 1st, the dispatcher send you a link through Skype<br>- Click on the link and answer by identifying yourself.<br>-Make sure to look at the camera and not to the screen while talking.<br>- Ask the information you need for your records: (e.g Name of the patient, name of the doctor and their current location)<br><br><strong>B. What to do if the doctor leave and you are left alone with the patient?</strong><br>Explain to the patient you are going to be in idle mode until the doctor/nurse comes back and turn off your camera and mute your microphone until needed.<br><br><strong>C. What to do if you are called but the doctor is not available yet?</strong><br>Explain to the nurse you will wait for 15 minutes for the appointment to start and after that time you will leave. Wait in idle mode.<br><br><strong>D. what to do if the encounter is taking too long and you have to clock out?</strong><br>Send a message to the dispatcher so he can transfer your call to another interpreter. Explain to the doctor you have to go but someone else is taking over to help.<br><br><strong>E. What to do if there is a lot of noise and you do not understand what is being said?</strong><br>Inform to the doctor the situation so they can help you. Make sure you clearly understand what the message is.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
