·         Focus on the behaviour not the culprit

·         Set clear rules, common across all level and even reflected on Students’ Handbook; familiarise them in L1 & L2 and create that habit of treating virtual platforms seriously, for learning; respect to each other – classroom setting rules, during lesson what are the do’s and don’ts; congruence between virtual and physical environments

·         Accountability and registered accounts for tracking

·         Tap on other features on Padlet (e.g. Like! or Heart! function can avoid comments if not ready yet)

·         PDLP rules; how will it look like along existing disciplinary rules

·         Do we need tool-specific rules? E.g. Padlet has its own rules, etc. 

·         Should we focus on something more universal e.g. values instead of tool-specific rules?

·         Cannot merely rely on DC, the classroom teacher is critical in managing the learning environment as well

BELIEF: To look at ICT platforms as opportunities to enhance learning (e.g. efficiency); both teachers and students must have this common belief in the use of it to deepen and/or making learning more efficient.
