One solution is to make plan for practices regularly. It seems likely that this would be helpful because the practical regularly reinforce skills.

Another solution is to study the techniques for writing. It is probably that providing information would be beneficial.

Problem 2 :

one solution is to design smoking area. However . it is unlikely that this would be helpful because it is a temporary solution.

Another solution to cigarette smoking is for students to awareness campaigns. It seems likely that this would be effective. The awareness campaigns to inform students about the health risk and respect non-smokers have a clean air.

Problem 3:

One solution is to provide rubbish bins. there is a good possibility that this would be helpful because placed the bins around the classroom to make the students to dispose the rubbish easily .

Another solution to clean schedule. it seems likely that this would be useful because involve the students to clean the class room sense of the responsibility.
