         <description><![CDATA[<p>Collaborative Team with Ms. Mansi and Ms. Shweta</p><p><strong>Strategies:</strong></p><p><strong>Label Free Zone</strong>: Using same language as a bar for every child (no matter who the child is)</p><p>Standpoint and background they are coming from is checked.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Achievable Targets:</strong> Targets in achievable zone than reaching too far and the material resources.</p><p><strong>People working with marginalized groups</strong> – privileges given, not only vertical but horizontal as well.&nbsp;</p><p>Different choices for different genders need to be given in the same environment. There are different theories and different sections because of the intersectionality of the disciplines in the subject.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Look at yourself </strong>as a teacher can acknowledge which I may not be able to see it from one side, but it has to be wholistic group.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Gender roles</strong>: story weaving where every one share roles and take it forward.</p><p>Play zone: Kitchen counter: all working together, toy vehicles&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Showcase:</strong> girls try weight and men making chapatis&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Break the Stereotype</strong> :2 mothers or 2 fathers, single mother etc.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Narrative as a strategy</strong> - primary care giver than mother father etc.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Circle time, workshops, events</strong> – each element through narrative&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Role reversals</strong> – care givers change how would it look like&nbsp;</p><p>Gender neutral washroom&nbsp;</p><p>Teacher training&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Cookery as a hobby</strong>- male and female teacher, sewing – male and female in charges&nbsp;</p><p>Eg : Cab drivers – ola, uber, chefs,</p><p>Giving students an option: AI training workshop by students to teachers.</p><p><strong>Ted talks</strong> – specially for 9- 12 students&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Fairy tale’s stories</strong> – picking up from different cultures&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Changes in Classic Fairy Tales (Stories</strong>): Blindness – authors, talking about changes in ugly duckling, stories need not be perfect ending. admiring the world which is not ours. The way it is with us.</p><p><strong>Sensitizing children about each other’s needs</strong> - Discussion with the class about the special needs child&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Parenting Workshop</strong> – plays a very important role&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preventive Work</strong> – for grade 5 onwards, pubertal changes, emotional and vocational changes, saves you from a measure which may have happened.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Rule of thumb</strong> – there is an influx of info available, how to filter the information. Who can be vulnerable to it, but experience will come by to everyone. Reaching out to right source is the most important fact. knowing safe resources is imp (designated safe person, safe resource)&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Resources</strong>: <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://padlet.com/redirect?url=http%3A%2F%2FKidshealth.org">Kidshealth.org</a> – podcast and read both possible.</p><p><strong>Sensitizing</strong> the parents is important.</p><p><strong>Mentor mentee program</strong> – elder students guiding younger ones.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Inclusion</strong> – one of the dharmas of the school, same for all students whether EWS or any other. New parent orientation session, and during the admission procedure.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Crew Learning System</strong>: works for the students and helps in socializing and sharing.</p><p><strong>Clarifying the parent’s</strong> how the system and pedagogy works.</p><p><strong>Shuffling:</strong> grouping according to age wise, gender wise and preparing the learners in school through different contexts.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
