         <description><![CDATA[<div>This treatment can help with depression and bipolar disorders however it is considered a last resort in treatment options due to the controversy it has looming over its practice.<br><br>This procedure involves sending small electrical shocks to the brain for a couple of seconds which induce a seizure which supposedly helps with some mental illnesses.<br><br>This treatment has something called ''Maintenance ECT'' which is used if medications do not work after the initial treatment </div>]]></description>
