1. Because the ancient people rarely see “blue” this color. (Great attempt to jumpstart the topic, but it's always a little awkward to start a completely new essay with the word "Because". The word "because", doesn't have much "bite" to it. Usually when starting a writing, people tend to use words that can stand stronger on their own. It's technically not wrong, but it's definitely an improvement to be made.)

Writing blue twice in a row in a short span of words is considered to be a little bit weird. Especially when there are no commas and periods inbetween the phrases yet.)

A person who can't respectively blue and green. (I'm not quite sure what this sentence means. But I'm guessing that you meant there are people who can't respectively tell the difference between blue and green?)
Blue is uncommon. (Same idea as sentence #2. But it's not awkward to read. Straight to the point.)

Many people didn't know this color in the ancient world. We don't see many foods colored blue. Butterflies exhibit blue on their wings only as a reflection of light. Many ancient civilizations considered blue as a shade of black. Blue is a rare color in the natural world.
