i reflected on my past experiences (historical method) and my current life style, social media allows me to stay connected with my friends and family who aren’t near me, and based on my research, social media encourages new ideas and facilitates creativity, with many new trends appearing due to social media.

Social media affects our mood throughout the day based off the things that we see/hear. It can be positive in a way that you saw something that brightened your mood or made your day better, or in a negative way which ruins your mood and makes you act differently towards other people.

Fashion trends from the past, like bell-bottoms or crop tops, come back because style is cyclical. Designers and people often get inspired by older looks, and younger generations see them as new and fun. Nostalgia and pop culture also bring old trends back, but usually with a modern twist so they feel fresh again.
