         <title>TO BE HEALTHY</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I need to be healthy, for that reason I do exercises at night, three times per week. I usually do exercises in the park , that is near my house. I can’t do exercises alone;&nbsp; that is the reason why Armando Rivera teaches me some exercises and I enjoy sharing mi routine with him.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Furthemore, to be healthy it is necessary to eat healthy food. For me, quality and quantity are very important in my personal food. Small portions are good, you must mix 60 % of proteins, 30 % of vegetables and 10 % of carbohydrates. Eat five times per day is recommended for your health. I prepare breakfast and dinner at home, but I have 2 homemade snacks to take to work . I buy lunch at work cafeteria or&nbsp; eat in the restaurants. I avoid fatty food. These days, I am cutting down on roast chicken.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>If you practice sports and eat healthy food&nbsp; you will be a healthy person. When I practice exercises I feel awake, positive and motivated because my body is in shape.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <title>Suggestions when you have a flu</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I have a flu I feel so bad, for that reason I usually do some thinkgs to feel better while the process lasts. I say you some recommendations:</div><div> </div><div>First, to analyze your symtomps to descart another illness and to say correct information to the doctor. You must remember when was your last pain and say him. It is important to Know if the flu is frecuently or no.</div><div> </div><div>Another important thing is control your temperature. You should take the thermometer each 8 hours aproximatly. If you have a fever you must take some pills for that.</div><div> </div><div>To Avoid self prescription, you have to visit the doctor and say him all your symtomps, do not forget details about that. Before that you must follow his recommendations.</div><div> </div><div>At home  you can take some hot drinks, like wawasana sweet dreams or wawasana for the flu, you can mix this too. If you take this frecuently you will be better and relaxing.</div><div> </div><div>Finally, is very important go to bed early because you can relaxing and</div><div>recover your healthy body. I recommend you go to bed before 10 pm. The next day you will feel better.</div>]]></description>
