The day of the attack they heard that there was a shelter near the hospital so they went to take refuge and stayed there the rest of the day. Inside the shelter the 4 of them were assigned a bed and as coincidence they were close to each other, so they started talking and realized that they worked in the same hospital. After knowing that, they decided to organize ourselves to help the shelter with any medical issue. Nicolás told the group that he brought a medical supplies and that they were the best qualified personnel in the shelter to help and organize; so they started building an improvised small hospital with Nicolas as the head doctor and the rest of them as his discpiles. More people in the shelter came to aid the ministry when they learned of the existence of the small hospital and the ministry grew.

The main problem with their ministry is the growing amount of people that need medical attention, and the decreasing amount of supplies. Because they are in a shelter there are some supplies, but eventually someone in the ministry will have to go out and find a hospital to find more supplies. The ministry´s main goal is to achieve a stable healthy life for the people inside the shelter, as mentioned, the ministry will help humanity survive through this crisis and learn from it.

Independent: Radiation, it affects the human body, and when a human is affected, the whole society gets affected because of the sentimental value of that person or the importance he represented for the shelter society. Also, thanks to human actions, thanks to the bombs and the radiation, the water has been contaminated as well as food (animals, fish, and more). The ministry must work in a solution.

Hypotheses: Due to the radiation and to the short supply of medication and medical instruments, not all people exposed to radiation can be cured but we can learn from every single victim and thrive. The water has been contaminated from exposure to the effects of radiation making it undrinkable, but not every body of water got contaminated, the ministry will need to find a solution for the contaminated food and water.

The resources that the ministry of Health and well being has are thanks to Doctor Nicolas efforts before the explosions and radiation. He transported a truck filled with supplies that became vital for the ministry. What they have are many first aid kits, needles, 2 hospital type beds, medicine for flu, headache, muscle ache, surgery kit, a shower for toxic wastes among many other things that a doctor requires and that contribute to the ministry.

If the Government appeals to the requests of the ministry of Health, what could be achieved would skyrocket the ministry´s capacity  to help. If the ministry expands to the building and creates a new real hospital, there would be room for many more patients and more patients require more medical personnel and supplies which the government can help find and bring. If the government provides it´s aid, then the ministry of Health would improve the whole life quality of Neverland.

There are some variables in our ministry. The independent variable is the Floods and diseases that the floods provide, and the dependant is how much people became sick or died with the flood. But with a real functioning hospital, in the future that dependant variable would be an issue.
