Today begins the discussion at the french assembly around the Article 24 of the text, carried by the deputy Jean-Michel Fauvergue, former boss of the RAID ("Search, Assistance, Intervention, Deterrence"), thus provides for one year in prison and a fine of 45,000 euros in the event of dissemination, "by any means whatsoever and whatever 'in being the support', of the 'image of the face or any other element of identification' of a police officer or a gendarme, when he is on duty - the text speaks more precisely of a police operation.
