Good afternoon teacher I am Yelitza Salas, Today I am going to tell you what my management would be like if I had the opportunity to be mayor of Ilo.

First, in terms of safety, I would improve street lighting in poorly lit areas and place more police booths in busy zones like the market and the port. I believe that this would help reduce crime and make people feel more secure at all hours.

Second, in education, I think that we should renovate school buildings and provide digital tools for students. That would mean a more modern learning environment and better preparation for the future.

Third, about community appearance, I would promote beach cleaning campaigns and improve public spaces near the coastline. I consider that a clean and attractive city motivates both citizens and tourists to take care of it.

Finally, for employment, I would create workshops for fishing families and support small local businesses. I believe that this could strengthen Ilo’s economy and improve the quality of life for many residents.

Thank you teacher for your attention goodbye.

If I were a member of the local government, I would prioritize the construction of new sidewalks and better street lighting throughout the city. I think that Ilo needs significant improvements in its infrastructure and public services. Many sidewalks are cracked or missing altogether, forcing pedestrians to walk in the streets, increasing the risk of accidents, especially at night. Poor street lighting in many neighborhoods also creates safety concerns. These improvements are important because they directly impact the safety and well-being of all citizens. They would improve the quality of life for everyone, making Ilo a more walkable and safer place. However, these changes might be difficult to implement due to limited budgets and the need to coordinate with private property owners in some areas. But, the long-term benefits of increased safety and improved community aesthetics would far outweigh the challenges.

If I were a member in local government in Ilo, I would be on building new sidewalks and improving street lighting. I believe that Ilo has a lot of work to do when it comes to infrastructure and public services. Apartments and neighborhoods have cracks in their sidewalks or no sidewalks at all, making it impossible for pedestrians to keep off streetways, putting themselves at risk of injury while walking, especially at night. Poor street lighting in various paces only increases the risk of injury to individuals. These projects are much needed because they address important issues that affect everyone's safety and well-being. They would provide a better quality of life for all and make Ilo a safer place to walk. However, these projects will not be easy to complete, with the need for budgets and coordination with private property owners in various locations. However, the long-term advantages of increasing safety and improving the look of the neighborhood outweigh the challenges.
