         <description><![CDATA[<p>​"From Theory to Practice: Dos of Culturally Responsive Teaching in Teacher Education Programs" by Madalina Tanase and Dilek Kayaalp (2024) examines how teacher candidates develop cultural competence over time. The study involved interviews with three teachers, three teacher educators, and six university professors in Florida over a 12-month period. The researchers identified 26 categories from the data, highlighting that teacher candidates enhance their understanding of culturally responsive education, when explicitly taught about the cultural contexts of society. </p>]]></description>

The teacher crafts the message to help students focus on the work they’ll do in school that day.</p></li></ol><p>When incorporating culturally responsive activities and greetings this helps to empower students through diversity!  </p>]]></description>
