The article itself is based on popular culture itself with inexpensive funds and ways to help by the adoption of animal life.
5. Rhetorical Appeal: The appeal offered is logos with statistical information and data that has been effectively recorded. The information is set to back up ACTS that have been taken place.
6. Popular Culture Concept: The use of agency because of the different threats to the environment being listed and many ways to prevent those threats.
5. Rhetorical Appeal: The appeal being used is doxa because the article shows the shared values as to why Earth day is needed but also a description of climate change, for example. It ensures that people are aware of the threats and why they are important to know that way false doctrine isn't around.
6. Reading the article helped me understand that it's not only global warming or climate change that is affecting our world, there is so much more that isn't mentioned as often and if we keep gaining knowledge about pollution or deforestation we could be a better change to the world and make little changes to our lives such as picking up waste and recycling.
Citation:
Zimmer, Lori. This problem is ongoing and has caused so much harm to not only the health of human beings but also the life of endangered species, sea life, and many more living creatures. Although the harm to the environment isn't something that is talked about often, it is interesting to understand the concepts of why global warming is rising and why deforestation continues to take place, etc... The ill-structured problem can be prevented in matters that are presented such as speaking up, being knowledgeable, and recycling.
