Synchronous and Asynchronous each have their place, not better or worse, students can choose the way them more suitable. 

The good aspect of synchronous  are two points.First, when I have question on the course, I can ask teacher immediately.Second,for the students who not good at schedule, synchronous can help them have a clear time to study.

For asynchronous, it suitable for student who got a lot of work,  they wan to arrange their time.or they needs more fast or slow temple on course.

2.i think blending learning is better than traditional learning,  because nowadays everyone share the knowledge and new things in the internet.we use blending learning to make our brains more flexible.

2.i think the flipped classroom is more efficient for me, because when I learning new things won't. have questions just need the pay attention on lessons ,so  online or face to face is same result for me.when I do the homework, that is the time I need the suggestion from teacher, that can made me better absorbed.
