Real-life example is that currently as I am a student, I am taking a tenant insurance from my landlord, and I am not aware of the individual and share tenant policy now I will tell my landlord that I want individual tenant policy not the shared one.

If I want to pass one important thing about this topic to a family member or a friend than it would be about taking a tenant insurance because taking a tenant insurance will covers so many things that will not cover in landlord insurance policy. 

I liked about this video and is different from other video is that there are reasons why people need to take tenant insurance and out of that 10 I liked some of them and they are: theft from the car, electronics, property storage and much more. It means taking renter insurance it covers electronics such as computer, laptops, iPhone, watches, and any other electronics. Moreover, it also covers theft from the car it means if something from the car is stolen than if this insurance is taken than and than you can claim that insurance.

I like about this website is that there is section of customer reviews on the home page itself, so it is very easy for the new customers. Also, another section is that recently purchases policies section of different states. Also, there is an option of live chat with an agent. Also, I like this website because the maintenance is low. Moreover, the ratio of insurance claims is much high than others which is 90%.

Furthermore, I like about this website more is that used of colour schemes black on white looks great, also white colour text on blue background looks awesome. It’s easy for the customers to read the information very easily and clearly. Also, it has mentioned the steps to get the tenant insurance quote online. Only thing is I don’t like that small white colour text on the image because it is hard to read it on light background image. Overall, this website is much easier to access and read any information easily compared to others.

So, landlord insurance is benefited to landlord only it won’t cover tenant’s personal belongings, living expenses and liability. So, for these you must take tenant insurance. I liked this video because it explains what individual and share policy and what covers in landlord as well as tenant insurance. In landlord insurance it covers building, appliances, window coverings and other items left for you to use it. Now, what covers in tenant insurance personal belonging, in some cases this policy will also cover inland flood and earthquake. Roommates must purchase separate tenant insurance reasons are complications with losses, complications with claims payment, changes to roommates, splitting cost may not be fair, you may not have enough coverage and many more. So, for these many reasons it is better to take individual policy rather than buying a common policy.
