         <description><![CDATA[<div>1: The reading source is primary because in the passage you can see that the character is talking from his own personal experience.<br>2: Washington expressed proclamation in a way that you have to obey and understand the rules on what the treaty asked for.<br>3: They both give examples of the colonist paying no mind to the proclamation. In the Primary source it tells me that the colonist didn't agree to the proclamation and were regaining the land on the other side of the line.<br>4:They viewed the rule in disgust because the people didn't have a say in what was going to happen so the people that heard of the proclamation did not agree to it and did what they wanted.</div>]]></description>
