I do believe that every situation should be handled differently, because almost everything in the world is circumstantial, but there is always a right and wrong in everything, and that does NOT change according to the situation. It is wrong to steal, whether it is just for fun, because you are hungry and homeless, or because you just want something someone else has. Just because you are in need of something and maybe have no other way of getting it does not mean you should steal. People might go easier on that person, or not judge them so harshly, but it was still wrong. Their actions SHOULD bear consequences because what they did was wrong and that doesn't change depending on the situation.

Every situation is different. You need to observe the timing and situation before even judging anything. Some people think solely on black and white but you need to look at the whole picture and try to understand it from the other point of view.

Every situation should be handled differently, however there is a right and wrong in every situation. Murder is never the answer, whether you do it because you are angry at the person, do it on "accident", they were abusing you, or because you are mentally unstable. No matter what the cause is, it is never acceptable to murder anyone.
