Dear Alex,

I'm verry happy to hear that you'll be staying with my family for 2 months. We live in a four-bedroom flat on the 15th floor. You'll have your own bedroom during your stay here.
You asked me about our family rules. There are three important ones that we must follow.

The first important rule in my family is that you must speak politely.

The second important rule in my family is that go home before curfew.

The third important rule in my family is that don't speak or turn on the TV, smartphone, ipad loudly in the house .

If you have any questions, please let me know. We will try our best to make you feel comfortable during your stay with us.

My father and mother is a farmers so they are always busy at work. My father works far from home, so he always leaves home very early in the morning and come home very late in the evening . Although my mother works in a hospital near my house, she is often on her duty and comes back home in the next morning in exhausted state. That's why when I get up they have already left and when I go to bed they haven't come home yet. Moreover, they often work late on weekdays for night shift or sometimes go on business trips abroad and even most weekends. Therefore, I'm left alone at home with housemaid or tutor who I am not familiar with and can't share my problems. They just take care of my meals, study and housework. I feel so lonely and miss my parents a lot. I wish my parents understood how lonely i feel as well as they could spend less time on their work and spent more time with me. What should I do ?

I am really confused and don't know what to do now. Just because the other day my best friend, Thai, confided her secret to me in order to ask me for advice, and she asked me to keep it secret. I gave her my advice, but I wasn’t sure it would work. Afterward, I happened to tell it to one of my classmates with the hope that she had more perfect solution to help Thai. Then this classmate shared it with the others. As a result, Thai’s secret spread. She knew it and broke up with me. I tried to explain and apologise, but she was so angry and refused my apology.

I am now feeling very regretful, and I don't want our friendship to come to an end this way. We've been good friends for years. I really hope that she will forgive me for my mistake and become friends again.
