The Board of Directors have defined the following targets for 2020-2025 strategy period:
- Comparable EBIT of over 7.5% over the cycle (at constant fuel and currency), after a 12-18 month build-up period ROCE of over 10% over the cycle (at constant fuel and currency), after a 12-18 month build-up period 
- On-time-performance of over 85% 
- Improved Net Promoter Score and improved employee Net promoter score. 

 

During my whole life I had a chance to meet good leaders and bosses and also bad ones. I tried to learn from both and see what I need to develop in myself and what I have to get rid of. Right now, I can highlight several qualities of a good leader/boss.

A good leaders/bosses can make all the employees to feel that they are on the same level. No one is being left out and the working environment is enjoyable and open. They want to hire different people. They are willing to learn more and be open-minded. 

 

Main values that good leader/boss should carry with them:

 

-       Always have a vision

-       Emotional intelligence

-       trustworthy

-       Responsibility

-       Communication

The company took good three days to train us, taking us through the processes, through our tasks and explaining every little detail of our jobs to be.

Because of lack of experience in that field, it is natural that you don’t really have enough motivation regardless of the training. Our Manager came in to present her management skills yet again, not only educating, and training us and expecting us to have the right motivation, no. She time and again would notice the panic but she gave those right words that would just motivate you in a whole new way. If you have made a mistake, she always had the right tone of voice and correct and lead you properly knowing that mistakes are part of the learning process. One good thing, she was very good at mentioning job well done, in short, she is a very good communicator.

All in all, empowerment and rewards  can amount to what I learnt from my time working with that lady as my boss and that company, sure does make a good CV.

we discussed with the producer and they propose as the new day and time for the workshop 24.4. at 14-16.

As a reserve day they propose 9.5. at 14-16 in case that the Coronavirus still prevents the workshop on the original date and time.

Any way the producer will keep us updated regularly on the situation and I will inform you immediately.
